Collection: Takashi Shinozaki

Takashi Shinozaki, BA, MA, architect and designer, was born in 1968, in Tokyo where he currently lives and works. After having studied in Japan and Italy, he graduated from Tokyo National University of the Arts with a Master's degree and worked at an architectural design firm, established his own practice in 1997, in Tokyo. He works in various fields of design, including private houses, collective housing, offices, restaurants, retail shops, exhibitions, furniture, and graphic design. His works have been awarded the Good Design Award in Japan several times and have been exhibited at exhibitions in Milan, Seoul, Nagoya, and Tokyo, including two solo exhibitions, “Ueno, Milano, Gotanda” (2006, Tokyo) and “A New Domestic Animal Landscape” (2009, Tokyo). Since 2004, he has been teaching at several schools in Japan.
