Kazuko Okamoto

Kazuko Okamoto graduated from ICS College of Arts and then started working for BY・STEP Design Studio in Japan. In 2008, she entered the world of freelance design in Europe, and she was active throughout Europe by creating products in Italy, Spain, the UK, Belgium, France, Lithuania, and Sweden. She continues working on design based both in Japan and, from 2015, also in Milan. In her freelance career, she won many international prizes, such as the Red Dot Award in 2016 and the German Design Award in 2018.
