Collection: Guglielmo Berchicci

Born in Milan, graduated in architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan, Guglielmo Berchicci opened his studio in the '90s in an old refurbished warehouse in the Tortona area, renowned for design, photography, and fashion studios and for exhibition events during Milan Design Week. Starting initially with architectural renovations and self-produced art-design objects, exhibited in Dilmos, the first historical art-design gallery in Milan, he then went on to create successful icons of Italian design such as the ETA lamp for KUNDALINI, architectural projects and interiors for famous fashion firms, like the six-floor palace for VIVIENNE WESTWOOD in Milan, luxury villas and penthouses in the RUSSIAN FEDERATION, renovation and interior design of hotels, such as the recent Villa Kadashi, a boutique hotel in the heart of MOSCOW, projects of hotel resorts and villas in SEYCHELLES, masterplans and architectural concepts of residential complexes, and many others.

The design products of Guglielmo Berchicci are sold all over the planet; some of them are part of the permanent design collections of MoMA New York and the TRIENNALE Design Museum of Milan and have been exhibited in the major art and design museums of the world. They have been published in the main design books and have appeared in the interiors of many famous movies, television shows, and commercials, in addition to publications in leading magazines such as Interni, Abitare, Domus, AD, Elle Decor, Ddn, Vogue, and many others.

Guglielmo Berchicci is also a consultant for start-ups, creation, and management of new design companies, from brand naming to art direction, such as the renowned Italian design company Slide, which in a few years has become a key player in the international design scene. He has been a professor in industrial and lighting design at the IED Istituto Europeo di Design of Milan and the Nuova Accademia di Brera of Milan.
