Interior designer Didier Gomez experienced great success from the start of his career in 1978, the year he created the line of furniture, shops, and the engineering consulting firm “First Time.” At the same time, he took on the artistic direction of the company Hogonet. He opened Didier Gomez in 1985 with a team of 15 people made up of architects and interior designers, which allowed him to take on global management of every project to fully harmonize the constructive and aesthetic choices down to the details. The care and involvement brought to this search for details extends to the creation of furniture, lamps, fabrics, and carpets.
In the private sector, he realized Pierre Bergé’s residences, Harrison Ford and Daniel Auteuil. He completed numerous headquarters, offices, shops, and concepts worldwide for: Yves Saint Laurent, Jean Paul Gaultier, Dominique Morlotti, Harel, Rodier, Mauboussin, Cartier, Rolex. In heavy architecture, he took on concepts for factories, office buildings, and some exceptional projects such as the Carrousel du Louvre, for which he was in charge of the Artistic direction, as well as, for Pierre Bergé, the meeting room and the office at the Bastille Opera. His field of activity continues to cover various sectors of plastic creation, dedicating himself to design (Ligne Roset, Cinna, Artelano, Macé, Steelcase Strafor, Sentou, Conran shop)
